He did say that he loves one of them, but she's obviously not gonna marry a guy who lives in his parent's house. He said he's gonna inherit everything one day, then hopefully move a woman in with him.

He really wants her as his girlfriend, but he's not willing to move out I guess? Besides he met both of his friends with benefits on a dating app for that. Neither of them is relationship material.
Is this hypothetical individual the sole caring provider for their declining, elderly mother? Then it would be fine.
He helps her out as far as I know, but she's retired and far from helpless. He stands to inherit everything in the long-run and sees no point in moving, then moving back eventually.

Live the life you want to live man. Up until a about two generations ago the majority of households were three generations under one roof. Only with the expansion of the credit market (debt slavery) did people really start living alone in their own McMansion. The central banks needed to expand the economy and debt, so they marketed the idea heavily and got women into the workforce to pay interest on home loans and credit cards. Think about it logically. Before, people were close to their families and community and lived on larger plots of land with nature and gardens with fresh organic food. They had a stronger social support system and stronger relationships. After, they were alone in their own building on a quarter acre, and were up to their eyeballs in debt often far from their family because they had to relocate for work, they had to commute far to work, and eat fast food... Who really lost?
Oh and divorce rates went through the roof and women's happiness plummeted...
I think the more telling question is whether the guy thinks he's cool because he sleeps with many women regardless of all other negative aspects of his life.
In other words, people's perceptions of others can often differ with the way that person actual feels.
If however the guy doesn't personally feel like a loser, and isn't motivated to do anything about it, then that's sad.
He seems content because he's lived a different life before. He was married and worked a lot in his past. He says that he doesn't really miss it compared to the freedom he has now.
One last thing, saw that you are 42. So I'll assume he's similar in age and that the women are also around this age. If this is the case, then ignore my previous post, he's a huge loser and so are the women sleeping with him.
He is my age, he went to high school one grade below me. I'm just not sure how he's a loser when he seems to be winning, lol. When I'm working my ass off he's still asleep. When I'm arguing with my wife he's fucking some chick, then he goes home and relaxes. He still sees his kids whenever he wants and he honestly looks great. All he does is work out, watch tv, and sleep.

I suppose if his only goals in life are to mooch and have sex then he's done what he set out to do.

Unless his mom has substantial assets besides the house or investments that bring in a lot of passive income, how is he going to pay for food, utilities, property taxes, etc?
His father was a farmer (They used to farm together) so there's lots of land and even some oil income.
If you look at the big picture he's pretty fortunate.
He doesn't work, he has time to take care of himself, and he gets as much sex as he wants without getting married or getting used.
People will likely be jealous of that.
