If a man has real feelings for you, he's going to focus most of his conversation on spending time with you, and building a life together with you, because that's going to be his priorities. Of course he's horny, of course he wants sex, but he knows that if you're in a relationship, those things will take care of themselves. This doesn't mean he won't talk about sex at all - it's going to come up - but, again, the majority of his conversation is going to be about creating a real relationship with you.

If the only (or, at least, the primary) thing a man is talking to you about is sex or sex-related things, then that's all he sees you for.

It's really that simple, and while this method isn't 100% foolproof, it's about 98% accurate.

One more thing: if this keeps happening to you over and over with every guy you go for, that's a strong indicator that you are going for guys outside your league (like most women do). If you are going for the same hot guys that all your friends also want, then you're going for guys who have a thousand girls to choose from, and that kind of guy has NO REASON to commit to ANY woman, and so he won't. He'll bang as many as he can, and he'll probably not even bother to lie to any of those girls, and will tell them straight up that he's "only looking for something casual."

You cannot turn this kind of man into a "relationship guy" - a "relationship guy" is ALREADY a "relationship guy" before you even meet him. If you aren't choosing from "relationship guys", then you should not expect to get a relationship.

I’d say one thing you can monitor is how often is he leading a sexual conversation. Should be balanced to include topics like sex and family and news and entertainment. Do you feel like his topics are balanced or does he focus on only a few topics in conversation?

Well we talk about a lot of things but he’s usually the one to bring up sexual topics and I bring up more of the ordinary topics and then he’ll ask me further questions about those things (like what I’m doing, school, etc) once I’ve started us talking about them
