All they've done is altered their appearance to enhance their own illusions, but it doesn't change their DNA or their actual sex. Biological men have testies, have higher levels of testosterone, have denser bones, more upper-body muscle mass, are taller, etc. Biological women have ovaries, wombs, wider hip bones, and other things - and NONE of those change from either top or bottom surgery, nor from hormones. A biological man can NEVER become a biological woman, and a biological woman can NEVER become a biological man. The best that they can do is to modify their outward appearance to some degree - just as Lizard Man and Tiger Man have done.

My point is that these trans activists really have some people believing that a male can become female or vice versa, despite about a dozen very obvious reasons why that's not possible.
