Here's my thinking. The situation is forceable rape. Random, unexpected and unwanted. Horny is a state of mind, perhaps also driven by hormones. If I look at a good, graphic clip of a girl fapping, I get horny, hard and wet.
However...
If I were to "plug in" to a suitable hands-free device and then look at the news on the internet, the device will do its work anyway and I will get hard, drool precum and maybe even cum. My body is reacting to sexual stimulus and doesn't care what I am thinking about.
Here is my speculation..
Unless there is physical violence or an extremely repugnant perpetrator that overcomes natural body reactions, that act of repetitive penetration stimulates involuntary body reactions just as my "device" would, inducing you to become wet and even "rock". Again, your body doesn't care what you are thinking. It's on "automatic".
Girls feel guilty about this because it seems like they "liked" being raped. They didn't. Their bodies simply did what bodies do.
