I read about a young handsome and socially popular gynecologist who would rape his patients with his tongue. All the victims reported to have had at least one orgasm during the assault. One had an orgasm so strong she fainted. Thankfully the victims found the courage to report him and he's now behind bars where he belongs.

My question is if there is a correlation between the rapist's attractiveness and the victim's orgasm. I'm not at all saying the victims enjoyed it or were not traumatized, I'm saying maybe their bodies have an involuntary reaction like orgasm when a primitive part of their brain detects a sexually attractive male is raping them.

Orgasms aren't always pleasurable. Even if they were, that's not the same as enjoying something. It's possible not to enjoy something that is pleasurable. And lastly, none of that matters. Arousal and orgasm are physical responses to stimuli. So it's possible to have an orgasm during rape. This has nothing to do with consent, which is the only factor to consider with rape.

  Absolutely. One of the worst things about rape is the universal feelings of shame and guilt on the part of the victim, and I think the victim would blame herself and feel like she asked for it. I actually saw a documentary about sexual assault in third world countries a few weeks ago, and there was this guy in India who had raped a woman. Because the victim had an orgasm, he wasn't charged with anything at all and walked free. I'm not sure what happened to her. So yeah, it must be feel awful. I don't wish that upon anyone.

  The girl told them, but assured that she didn't give consent, and that the guy kept going despite her saying no. I have no idea how justice works there but I'm assuming it wouldn't have changed much even if she kept that to herself. It's not something I would watch again, anyway. Sorry, I just don't like discussing rape in detail.

No, no, no, no, no, no! Orgasms can be stimulated physically and have nothing to do with how hot the rapist is. Orgasms can even be stimulated without a man (masturbation). If a woman is raped, there is a next-to-none chance that she thinks that the rapist is hot or that the orgasm is enjoyable.

  Having sex, or anything like it, without explicit consent from both parties is morally and legally wrong. Raping someone puts this to an extreme and is highly traumatic to the victim. Not only that, but rape also objectifies the victim - what they want is being pushed aside for what the rapist wants. C'mon man... consent is such a basic, fundamental rule...

  Yeah I agree with both of you that false rape claims are saddening, and I hope the truth comes out, whatever it is, for the few cases like that. However, we're talking about actually raping someone, not someone being accused afterwards. Rape, in any form, is inexcusable. If someone's lying and it wasn't rape, then it obviously wasn't rape, and that's a whole different story.
