If a woman pulls her hair to the side, exposing her neck, is that some sort of signal?

A woman that I know, as soon as she saw me, reached back and pulled her hair over one shoulder, exposing her neck. When a girl does that is it likely some sort of signal? I like her and it seems she likes me back, though we haven't had much opportunity to talk a lot. I'm not living my life by what strangers on the internet think. I just find stuff like this interesting.

I suppose she thinks that angle and that hair position makes her look pretty, so she was just trying to give you her best angle. It doesn't mean so much, just that she wants your attention a little bit.

I always do this, so for me it doesn't mean anything. If I touch my neck several times after doing it then it's a signal. :)
