If I were leaking urine, I would feel ut happening right?

So I'm only 23 and I have noticed something from the time I was around high school age. Sometimes I will go to the bathroom and I will see small wet spots in my underwear. I do not feel myself leaking or anything and the spots do not look like regular discharge. They look like water and when they dry, they dry like nothing was there. They don't leave a white discharge stain. My underwear also does not smell like urine or anything. And it could be sweat sometimes because this happens when I'm hot, but it also happens in the winter time top when I'm not sweating. So what could this be? I dont think its urine, because i would feel myself leaking urine, right? I'm just confused. Please help.

  • I think your best bet is to see a doctor.

Nevertheless, I don't think this sounds like anything to worry about too much. It's not urine, you're right, you would know if it was.

If it's not a colored irregular discharge, and it's not leaving a stain or an odor then it's hard to imagine it being some sort of infection or anything like that.

If it's clear and essentially odorless, it could be sweat. Or it could just be vaginal lubrication fluids. If you've been noticing it from time to time since high school, then I would think that it's likely one of those two (or both). That would make sense to me (someone without a vagina).

You should still see a doctor, because I'm just a dude on the internet. Do not take advice about your vagina from strangers on the internet. That's a bad idea. Do go see a doctor to get your question answered properly. I just don't think it's anything that sounds all that abnormal or concerning. But... I still feel like it's best to understand the "what and why" of any fluids leaking from one's body. 🙂

  • Yup even as a guy. Before or During in the relationship with my ex. I didn't have any symptoms what so ever, I saw her clean 🤷‍♂️. After we broke up, in 2014. 2018 i noticed something weird. Transparent leak but not stainable. At first I thought was urine me thinking probably after restroom usage. Then I notice a smell start to build up. I start investigating segma or sweat. I do sweat a lot i work out doors. Let it go by until 2022

I did baby powder and nothing. I said "enough I need to check it out".

Everything negative from HiV to Stds, 2 times checked.🤷‍♂️ The doctor said "we don't know what it is, drink this pills for 7 straight days with plenty of water, no breaks on the pills, she must gave you something didn't come out till now". Within 3 days I start to see dry male part, no leaks and no smell. "😳🥹"

2023 recently, Few weeks ago little drip I felt on my leg. So now I need to check it out. What the hell ex did. 🤦‍♂️😮‍💨😒.

I will recommend while you are young go early, chances can be something very small can be treatable or fixable. Later is to late and advanced.

  • To be honest, it sounds like you have a little bit of incontinence going on and it’s probably urine. If it was discharge, it would be thicker. There is probably just not enough to smell or anything. Discuss it with your doctor though.

    • How am I not feeling myself leaking urine tho? Thays so weird, right?

    • And does this possibly mean my vagina is a bit loose or weak to a sexual partner? Since this has been going on since I was a senior in high school.. amd I'm not overweight and I've never had kids. How am I already having pelvic floor issues? Damn...

    • It can happen at any age. It’s a common issue, especially among women. If it’s a pelvic floor issue, those muscles can be strengthened. However, there can be other causes, hormonal changes, certain health issues, medications you’re taking. That’s why you should be seen by your doctor.

  • OBGYN visit would be helpful for you.

  • Go to the doctor

  • Vaginal secretion can be crystal clear and it can happen for a variety of reasons. Why they make panty-liners.

  • You would probably notice that, yeah. That said, your best bet here would be to go to a doctor.

  • OBGYN and urologist. Go to both. I have a friend that her muscle that helps control the urethra, is weak. No way to help. No surgery. She has to wear pantie liners for rest of her life.

    But get checked out.

  • Pain usually follows urinating. Leaking a bit isn’t necessarily evidence.

  • It’s probably precum, you’re getting wet there , some girls produce more than others
