When is a girl supposed to orgasm if most don't from penetration. Is it that she cannot orgasm just from penetration or is it that all girls can orgasm from penetration as long as they have had enough foreplay? I am so confused, please explain. lol

Some girls DO orgasm just from penetration, but it's pretty rare and tbh it never happened to me. Usually, to orgasm, the clitoris has to be stimulated during the penetration. You can do it with your fingers, or let your girlfriend do it for herself. That and of course, a little foreplay enough to get her wet and excited.
Penetration ALONE. You stimulate the clit during penetration (many more can cum from this) or get her off before starting penetration (ditto).
Sometimes the g-spot isn't hit through penetration, which is why I prefer clitoral stimulation to achieve my climax. I usually prefer oral (for clit stimulation), orgasm and then penile penetration, it feels really good. I would still keep trying, I'd like to experience an orgasm via penetration.

There is a statistic somewhere that says that most women orgasm through clitoral stimulation. Although not for every woman, but for a majority. Remember, there are more nerve endings in the clitoris than in the penis. And still, it can be hard for a woman to orgasm through many factors: not in the mood, not enough foreplay, not hitting the right 'spots", etc. Also, some women can orgasm quickly, and some women may have the hardest time orgasm at all.
Sadly the mechanics are all there and therefore ALL women "CAN", just many women "don't".
