In my experience, a girl's legs shaking / twitching is an indicator that the sex was great. My experience is also that she had at least one orgasm.

Contrary to common assumption shaking is actually not a great thing when it comes to sex. Sex should be relaxing and your body should not be tense or spastic. If you are shaking that could be a sign that your nervous system is overwhelmed and are receiving too much/not the right kind of stimulation.
