Yes, twice that I can think of right now. Both were when I was literally falling asleep, and I was too exhausted in the moment to understand that I was being propositioned.
The first time, a friend with benefits had been in a car accident, called me, and even though it was almost 11:30pm, I drove out to pick her up and take her home. She invited me inside, saying we could squeeze on the couch, but I declined. Only later did I realize she was trying to 'pay me back' for picking her up.
I did regret missing out on sex with her, but it was short-lived, since we saw each other a few days later and we both 'apologized.'

The other time was when I came home late from work. Some friends were hanging out with my roommates in our living room. When I got in, I said hey, and exhausted, walked upstairs to my room. In less than a minute, I'd slipped out of most of my clothes and was laying in bed, eyes just about to close... When one of my friends opened the door and came in. I jumped up, suprised, and she said she 'just wanted to say hey' since she hadn't seen me in a while.

I was so tired, I totally didn't get that she came to my room hoping to get laid. We'd been edging around each other that whole summer, and I don't think either of us knew exaclty what the other was thinking. She was legit hot, and apparently she thought the same of me. I told her I would love to hang out, but as I was saying that, I was literally falling asleep standing there. She held me and then regretfully let go and said I should rest; I did look really exhausted. I muttered that I'd love to see her soon, and she said yea, that sounds good, before closing the door.
The next day, one of my buddies told me she had been saying she was going to go up and see me, even before I got home, and that 'he'll definitely want to see me'. I totally regret not being able to at least try getting it on, because I imagine she felt absolutely rejected.
Her and I never did hook up, and for a little while I honestly used to fantasize about her and I having sex. One of her ex-boyfriends (who I actually had started hooking up with secretly), had mentioned one night that she was pretty awesome in bed.
