I hear a lot of men say they prefer 18 year old women because they are young, beautiful and fertile. But it makes me wonder if they would go younger if it were legal since for example 14 year old girls can have children too. And a lot of men are attracted to teenage girls under 18, I mean how often do you see adult men hitting on and messaging young girls on the internet?
If they’re creeps then probably…there’s a reason it’s 18 because minors that young barley starting teenage hood aren’t old enough nor capable emotionally enough of adult decisions including sex. That’s why teen pregnancy is so skyrocketed, let alone their brains are so young and scientifically it’s been proven the human brain isn’t even fully developed until 25 years old. Now some people, there are exceptions where they mature faster but that’s not everyone as a whole. Personally I think if they can’t get someone their age or at least 5-7 years younger 18+ or close enough then there’s an issue. These men aren’t stupid, they know these girls are naive and still choose to take advantage of them.

In western countries, the age that a person becomes a responsible adult keeps getting raised every decade or so. It went from 18, to 21, to 25. Next "scientific studies" will show that the human brain will not be developed until age 30, then age 35. That's kind of a dumb question. Decades ago 21 was legal. If you were 21 or older and had sex with someone 20 or younger, and were caught, you were in big trouble! Now, 18 is legal and, in some states, it's 16. I've even heard of places where 13 is legal! Anyway, once 18 became legal, there were LOTS of people older than 21 having sex with 18 year olds. So, chances are, if it's lowered to 16 across the board, there's gonna be a lot of adults having sex with 16 year olds. Sure, there's gonna be a lot of them that WON'T go after 16's just for their own moral standards but, before too long, having sex with 16's will just be par for the course, just the way having sex with 18's is, now.
