If two people are drinking and getting drunk and might possibly end up having sex but no guarantees as they have never done it before?

One then tells the other that if they pass out, it is okay for them to have sex with their unconscious body.

Would you consider that consent?

Would you actually do it?

Would it matter if sex started first and then one passed out? or would you consider a unconscious person, cannot give consent no matter what, regardless of what they said before and stop.

What if no sex started but it is just drunk talk, stating if I pass out you can have sex with me and then they pass out?

Not asking this from a legal perspective, more just what people would do.

This question was inspired by some other questions on saw on here. This isn't something I would do, as I like interactive men. I'm a light weight though, I'd be the one to pass out first, just doesn't sound remotely fun to me at all. Seems like it would be painful the next day when I wake up sore.

  • No that is rape

  • No, 2 people have to be awake.

  • When enjoyment is there fucking someone who is drunk, sloppy and passed out.

The best part of sex is getting a blow job. Can't get one if she is passed out.

  • It’s very sexy bit rapey but if it’s your girlfriend or wife then I can’t see the problem.
Just like a story I heard of a man that fell asleep then a woman face rubbing him when he fell asleep!

  • I wouldn't do it.

  • Would hope no one would go for that even if they said you could both are drinking and that's very sketchy be safe and respectful is what I try to go for.

  • I’m going to say that if the guy was horny enough, he’d probably do it if he thought she was attractive enough as well.
