If you have unprotected sex 2 days after taking a Plan b?

I had unprotected sex and took a plan b pill in the morning. Then two days later I had unprotected sex again (I know how stupid it was) and I didn’t take another plan b pill. That was two days ago now. Would the first pill still have been effective or do I need to take another one? I know it stays in your system for a couple days

  • How long is Plan B effective? It's best to take Plan B as soon as possible since it works best within the first three days. You can take it up to five days after unprotected sex, but it won't work as well by the fifth day. Once ingested, it's only effective for a maximum of about five days.

  • You can take Plan B as often as you need to. It can be taken up to 72 hours after sex but it’s less effective after the first 24 hours. You should have taken one right after the second time you had sex but you might still get some benefit if you take another one now. In the meantime, teach that guy of yours where condoms are sold or at least how to pull out 😊

  • stop having sex if you can't use birth control properly please

  • If you don't want to get pregnant I'd suggest taking another, unless it states different on the label. Better safe than sorry.
Maybe think about longer term contraceptives if you can't control yourself
