If you're Flirting with someone and they cross a line and you forgive them, is it considered as cheating?

So I had a boyfriend. a few months back I was video chatting with this guy. We were casually Flirting and joking around when he got hard. I didn't think much of it because I know guys get hard randomly. Fast forward I was video chatting with another guy. we weren't even really Flirting yet he got a boner. And he said that he never had a boner by just talking to someone. he felt embarrassed but I let it go anyway.. he has a girlfriend too but... he did jerk off because of me that night. I REALLY wanna know if I'm doing something to cause this.
PS I'm pretty young and the guys I am talking about here are older than me.

For what it is worth, I would get hard sitting next to my sister or mother in our car.
