Mainly The cheater because they could of ended the marriage they didn’t have to go cheat if they were that unhappy in the marriage , as for the non cheater they are to blame as well. especially if they are constantly withholding intimacy and affection , Making hundreds of excuses why they aren’t in the mood can make your partner feel unloved and unvalued and that they are up to no good , Bottom line it’s selfishness from both partners , if you can’t remove selfishness for your partner you shouldn’t be in a relationship at all

Is this a serious question? No one forces a person to cheat; it is a conscious choice. If there is a problem in the marriage, work on the marriage. Cheating is a selfish act that says the cheater doesn’t respect their marriage.
