I'm not saying that it's 100% impossible for her to conceal this from me, but it's probably 95% impossible. I'm all too aware of padded bras and silicone "chicken cutlets" and all of the other tricks many women use to increase the apparent size of their boobs - and I also know how real boobs move and shift and react, and how padding doesn't act like that. Maybe if I only met her a couple of times, she could fool me, but if we've known each other for very long, it's not likely that I won't have figured this out.
Being flat-chested isn't a problem for me, but "lying"/"deceiving" kind of is. Most women would have some strong feelings if they reached into a guy's underwear and pulled out a pair of socks or a dildo or whatever, so why do women imagine that guys should just accept padded bras and silicone bra inserts and butt pads and shapers and all of that crap? Be who you really are - the majority of us will actually like you MORE that way, not less.
If you know you are getting a free single scoop of vanilla ice cream, and you get it, you're happy. If you are promised a free hot fudge sundae with sprinkles and whipped cream, but are only given a vanilla cone, you are going to be upset. Not because you necessarily felt entitled to the sundae in the first place (it's a free gift, after all), but because the sundae was what was marketed to you.
Few people enjoy being deceived, and it's the deception, rather than the size of the boobs, that's the problem. And most guys don't understand the many ways girls deceive guys about their boob size like I do, so many will actually believe what they see - until they don't.
Id be shocked at first because its not what was advertised but Id get over it within 5 seconds.
