Go through therapy to determine whether the woman can after counselling raise the child. If it is proven to be impossible then see if giving up for adoption is an option.
Worst case scenario in which the woman is extremely traumatized that she can't conceive delivering the baby, then and only then should she have an abortion.

I don't believe in abortion and I know it's not the childs fault that it was concieved but in the beginning stages of conception I don't think the baby has developed consciousness and I would have a hard time watching my son or daughter grow up seeing the rapist in them when I looked at them.
i honestly don't know that's tough... i would want to abort the baby but i have a condition where it's hard for me to get pregnant and I've told myself if this is the only chance of having a child i'm not going to abort the baby. But in this case it's tough i don't know

I wouldn't be able to handle a pregnancy in that situation, but it would never get to that point for something that horrible ever happened. The minute I got home I'd down a whole handful of plan b and bawl my eyes out, then I'd call my husband, then we'd go to the police.

I would keep him/her. They are just an innocent little baby. They had nothing to do with the rape. They did not know what was happening, and I would make sure that he/she always knows that they are loved.

I am in that situation right now having gotten pregnant by rape. I can not see myself getting an abortion.

Unfortunitely there is no laws preventing a rapist from getting partial custody of the child even if found guilty even though their is a great chance he wouldn't be unless you have solid proof so not only would you have to be reminded about the rape if the child looks like them but you'd also have to deal with them the child's whole life and not to mention if raping you was so easy who's to say what they may do to a child?
I'd abort the fetus... if I found out I was pregnant too late (past 20-22 weeks), I'd move, and change my name so I couldn't be found and have and raise the baby. But I wouldn't file because chances are he'd find out I was pregnant then and like I said I wouldn't want him anywhere near the child.
And how on earth would you reach 20 weeks without noticing the pregnancy?
I'm 90 pounds and couldn't even tell I was pregnant at all until the last month really. If you don't have any symptoms and don't show right away it wouldn't be hard to not find out. Especially if you have irregular periods
