Out of the kindness of me heart I would have her sign a waiver saying that I’m exempt from paying child support if her birth control fails because she told me not to wear a condom.
In my country, Switzerland, such a waiver is void. Does it work in your country?

Well, my first thought would be that I was ecstatic, because I despise condoms.
However, I would, and do, wear them out of a desire to be safe, and not have children. I would discuss the obvious risks with her, and see if she was alright with the possibility of risking pregnancy, or not.
