If two people are okay with having other partners, and agree to that as part of their marriage contract, that's fine. Most people, as part of their marriage contract agree to be monogamous, and quite rightly believe that a violation of that is of marriage-ending importance.

Accept her divorce papers? I’d remind her of the section for cause of forfeiture she signed in our prenuptial agreement that specifically speaks towards infidelity.
