I think it really depends. If you pair up some 6ft dude with no fight skills with a five foot girl who has had extensive fight training, skill would come into play, and she could best him. If you pair some 6ft boxer dude with some girl who has no skill, he could easily best her with a well timed punch. However, fights aren't always won by skill alone... luck, superior timing, exhaustion, the addition of weapons... anything can change up a fight so there are no guarantees either would win all the time. As for all the talk about if it hurts just as bad for girls to be kicked in their lady parts, it hurts because you're essentially connecting force to the bone structure beneath, but we don't feel some internal makes you want to vomit thing guys talk about when they are kicked in the junk that makes you drop to the ground writing in pain. It hurts because we've been kicked.
That's true, getting kicked inthe junk for anyone guy or girl hurts. I wouldn't say itwould stop everyone in a fight. for instance yeah it hurts but i have never vomited or fell over from it. And I've been hit there plenty of times. I think it depends on the person honestly. Some pain at good with dealing with pain and since when have i let pain stop me? Of course a person with better fighting abilities will more likely win. But in this instance they have the same ability (if that's even possible) so naturally the guy would win. But as i said it's not impossible for a Female to win. But naturally an inexperienced guy and girl, the guy would win. Because of natural evolution.
What does evolution have to do with a guy/girl with the same abilities "guaranteeing" that the man would automatically win? Fights aren't logical. Skill or no skill, one well placed punch or strike by either sex, intentionally or not, could end a fight. Just ask the drunks in fights who have killed people. Even drunk they were able to do damage to the death to another person.

Hmm interesting but it hurts girls too nearly as bad, and not all guys collapse after a kick and vice versa. And realistically a fighter knows how to defend such areas, for instance most martial artist stand on a side on position against one another for this reason.
I don't think girls can hurt nearly that bad, they don't even have nuts. And since she too has the same fighting abilities, she too can find a way to kick his nuts in spite of his defenses. But of course, she needs to do it fast, or else she might get beaten to a pulp. When you factor in possible sexual attraction, the woman can easily distract him and win the fight.
