In high school what’s the best way to get a girl you’re not dating to hook up with you?

The best way is to either be REALLY good-looking, or to find a way to be famous, even if it's just locally-famous.

I'm definitely NOT good-looking like that, but when I was in high school, I gained some high school celebrity by being a DJ and DJing most of the school dances (I also did the sound for tons of other events, so I was seen a lot, but it was the DJing that gave me celebrity). DJing raised my SMV score with the girls at school for sure, but the amount of the increase varied a lot from girl to girl, but it definitely got me some interest from girls I'd otherwise had no chance with.

Now, being a school DJ isn't very much celebrity, to be sure, and it meant exactly zero to anyone outside of the school. But I also grew up with a family of brothers who were in a rock band and had a video in an MTV contest, and won the grand prize, eventually going on tour opening for national acts. The lead singer/bass player, and youngest brother, was exactly my age (I'm 5 days older than he is), but because he had significant amounts of celebrity, he literally slept with HUNDREDS of girls at school, and many outside of school. He estimates that he slept with at least 1500 girls, and if anything, he's underestimating. Anyway, that's kind of the other extreme.

To make it even more simple, you have to STAND OUT from the crowd in a way that women find attractive. Most types of artistic talent are very popular with girls. If you can paint a picture, play a guitar, dance well, sing, act, write sad or angry poetry, etc., you'll stand out.

This is one guy singing and playing an acoustic guitar, and he could walk into any bar in the US and play this song, and women's panties would slide right off by themselves for him after hearing it. And while it's very difficult to get to THAT level, it's not all that hard to win over a few girls in your own high school. You just have to figure out something you can do that they'll find attractive, interesting, and fascinating. You have to stand out.
