Perky. I’ve had both before, and perky had perks, lol. I could go braless without drawing too much attention. Whereas with big breasts, the back pain was horrible and I always had to wear bras, and the weight from my boobs being in the bras would cause the straps to weigh on my shoulders, causing my shoulders to be sore aswell.

For health and also my own preference I would prefer "perky" to "big", I will say however that I think about 4 guys out of 5 prefer "big" even if they say they don't!

Also cup size can be misleading, I can wear anywhere from a D to a B depending on the other size, I have bras w different cup sizes for different occasions depending whether I want to look my best or be more comfortable.

@Jamie05rhs With bra sizes, like for example if you say "34C" the 34 part is going around your body and the C part is for your boobs. You may also be able to wear, say a 36B, the part that goes around your body is looser and the part that goes around your boobs is smaller so it works out the same in a way. It would feel less snug around your body but it also would not support the boob shape as much so in some situations and a lot of people's opinions it would not look as good. That is what I mean, if I want to look sexy, I would wear the D although it is snug around my body because it makes my boobs stand out a little more and basically look bigger (though of course they are not). This is kind of a weird topic to get detailed about!!

That is a good site. I get myself measured every six months or so and confirmed a D cup, sometimes a DD for some brands, but generally a D. When I say it is too big, I mean too big for me. Had breast reduction in my 20’s.

@softlyautumnal every guy doesn't understand bra size very well, that's no secret, we get all the knowledge about things we don't know from the internet, which can be misleading sometimes of course, I understand that cup size alone is not an accurate indicator of the breasts size.
but that's what we can understand from this map for example:

That map is useless - it implies that A is very small, B is small, C is medium and D is large which couldn't be more wrong. There are 26 letters in the alphabet and a lot of cup sizes have double letters. D is the fourth smallest size and trust me, when correctly fitted, it is small. I would estimate that 70% of that map are actually D+. I'm and E and mine are very small, I've been incorrectly fitted as A and B before I found my real size. 90% of people wear the wrong bra size and usually cups too small, and bands too large.

Oh trust me, I am right. Yes that's exactly what I'm telling you, and it's not their fault. Two of the biggest things that cause this are 1) misconceptions like 'C is a handful' 'DD is like melonds' etc and 2) Shops only carrying A-DD - aka the 5 smallest cup sizes. Take me for example, I am slim with small boobs. I go into a shop and I see the smallest band size is 32 and the smallest cup sizes are A and B. So I assume I must be a 32A or 32B. Out of the two of those sizes 32A fit better but it was still a very bad fit. Fast forward into my twenties when I measured myself first and discovered I'm, a 26E. I cannot buy this size in any store, so I have to get all my bras online. Yet, it's a very common size - for people who are correctly fitted. Because of stores only carrying 32-38 band sizes and A-DD cup sizes, everyone thinks they fit somewhere in this range and therefore end up in the wrong size. Loads of people need cups above DD and above GG. Loads of people need bands below 32. 26 isn't even the smallest, some people measure 24 around their underbust.

Yes 26E is smaller than 38B. Exactly! Band size is really important, a 26E, 28DD, 30D, 32C, 34B and 36A all carry the same cup volume but on differently proportioned people. Like even though 36A has the same volume as 26E, I could not fit in a 36A bra because the volume is spread across a much wider frame.
