I go onto Pornhub quite often and I've started to notice what fills up the front page
They are all "step-sister", "step-mom", "step-cousin", or even just "sister", "mom", "cousin". Those are the most recently watched videos in the United States.

Does the thought of a relationship with someone semi-related/related to you turn you on? Why would this be a thing you're into?
