The normal way (until modern society told everyone to wait until 28-33 to get married and 30-37 to have kids... the way humans did it for thousands of years before until everyone discovered that was "wrong" apparently) you'll already have your kids raised and moved out by 40-45 and you are still plenty young enough to travel, do stuff and to still have lots of energy.
