36D is towards big size. More than how guys like it, bigger size boobs result into stress over the lumbar region of her back for the lady carrying them.
Further, if they are not firm and hang little/ more then there's more chance of the back pain in long term.
Even guys like it inversely proportional to hanging. The more they hang loose the less attractive they are. (With all due respect to every shape and size).
My wife also wears 36D. I love her boobs and cleavage they form and understand that anything above this would not be entertaining more. Further, already she has limited bra styles in offer in this size.
