Depends what you mean by 'brag' if you think of bragging as advertising it won't do your love life any harm if women know, but it's more important to be known as a considerate and generous lover.
If by 'brag' you mean try to gain status in other people's eyes, then it never makes sense to do that about anything for which you were not really responsible.
Girth and shape are more important to a woman's pleasure than length and all of it is less important than just being exciting, entertaining, considerate and generous.
Women talk about what men are like in bed, you'll get more action than you can handle if you get a good report card.

dicks in general are nothing to brag about :/ that's just me though. when I think about it, if im with a group of people and all I got to brag about is my 8 incher I would eventually feel like a douche :P lol. that's only IF a penis is the best thing a guy has got going for in his life, which is sad. if he has a ton of other shit to brag about then its whatevs.

it's two inches more then I've got but that doesn't necessarily mean you can use it properly. It probably has bragging rights in the showers but if it's bent or anything then it may be more of a hindrance. Are you sure you have the inches side of the rule and not the cm side though...
