Yes you should report it f you did not like what she did. If a guy that sends dick pics is considered a pervert and gets reported or a guy that shows his naked body without the girls permission is a pervert then a girl that shows her naked body with a guys permission is a pervert. If you did not like what she did report immediately. Nothing wrong with reporting this kind of behavior.
Women are never punished for doing the things they punishment for. So as much as it would be nice for them to have accountability for their actions they walk around in public almost naked for a reason.

I suggest blocking the person, and never speaking to them again, because if they're doing this now, it will only get worse. Believe me.
legally, in the United States is child pornography. Yet lots of young folks do it anyway. Most guys would be very happy that she did that. Your best choices are to tell her you do not want to see that, or just block her. Or decide you like it.

She probably assumed that all straight guys like seeing girls naked, which is pretty much true. The fact that you are under 18 makes it a bit difficult. Was she under 18? If that is the case it's child pornography.
