Guys, is a girl with a lot of tattoos a turn on or a turn off?

I have a very strong preference for all-natural girls.

I would say that a majority of men, even if they will have sex with or casually date girls with lots of tattoos, consider such girls to be "for recreational use only" and not "relationship material." Clearly some exceptions exist, but they are exceptions, not the rule.

I'm of two ways of thinking about tattoos.

Sometimes they're really hot and I can fantasize about having fun with a lady so adorned.

In other ways, I don't think I'd be completely comfortable being with a tatted woman permanently.

Tattoos are meant to compliment the beauty already there, not mask it.
