It depends on how big he is what type of pants clothing he is wearing and most people I’m guessing don’t know that some guys with a larger penis when Soft doesn’t get much bigger when hard it just gets harder. And some guys with a smaller, soft penis, grocery or four times the length when hard so that doesn’t really tell you a lot either if you don’t understand what I just said, let me explain it this way a guy with a 2 inch soft penis may grow three times this Length when hard and the guy with a 6 inch soft penis may only grow another half an inch when fully hard, so not gaining much in size etc
