From what I understand, a man with a foreskin can fully retract the foreskin allowing him to feel sex as though he didn't have one. Similarly he can leave it fully forward... so I’m guessing he would know how it feels both ways. Now, I’m only 16, and I am a virgin, buy I have played with a penis that had a foreskin, and he loved me touching the foreskin lightly. So I’m guessing it feels pretty darn nice!

Mutilating a child's genitals is wrong, period.
Genital mutilation of a baby is cruel. It cuts off thousands of nerve endings and makes sex less pleasurable. It also makes the glands less lubricated so you may have to use lube more often. It should be banned as child abuse.
