Is deep romantic love only for the rare lucky few?

I’m almost 28 and I’ve sexted with guys anonymously, I’ve talked to some of those guys as friends of sorts, but I never find love. I’ve never been able to share I love yous with a guy, I’ve never been able to do lovey-dovey things with a guy. I’m still a virgin, but I don’t even care about that as much since I can just masturbate. I just wish I had experienced strong, reciprocated romantic love by now. I’ve tried to find it a couple of times through guys I sexted, but it never works. I feel like I’m unlovable at times, but I also feel like that type of love doesn’t really exist. Most people that are in relationships seem to settle.

I was definitely in Love with my ex-wife and at least 2 other women.
Sometimes I think romantic love is something that's easier to experience if you're in desperate need of it, or if you're girl crazy like I was.
My life basically revolved around my past relationships and I did not want to live without them.
My buddies on the other hand would just shake their heads. Girls were just whatever to them. I invest way too much of myself in my relationships and that's good when they work, and devastating when they don't.

I dont think it is rare. I mean I've sexted with a fair few people and randoms (consensually) and it is fun for sure!

But I do not think romantic love is rare at all. Just have to find that right person. It will happen!

Yeah obvious reason why they find it more shocking for a woman to be like that compared to a guy is because women are never expected to pursue or be the one to make a move on a guy if you get what I'm saying
