Is Dry Humping Allowed in Strip Clubs?

I have not been to a strip club in many years. I've heard though, that some of them have private rooms. I'm just wondering if dry humping goes on in those private rooms. I'd imagine it would depend on the individual establishment and how strict the rules are. Also I'd bet it would run into a fair amount of money. Does anyone have any knowledge or experience with this?
