Everyone, especially in 2015, has his own set of morals when it comes to things like sex, cheating, hookups, casual sex, fuck buddies, friends with benefits , open relationships, etc. My best friend is a psychiatrist that specializes in relationships, and when she tells me how many people cheat, it's UNBELIEVABLE. And the thing is, they aren't bad people or anything, just have difficulty choosing where to set boundaries and suppress instinctive urges. It's different for guys and girls: guys mostly cheat because they don't want to pass up on a chance of scoring more girls, whereas woman often have the complex of staying with the nice guy husband type, but wanting to mate with the superior dominant boss type. What you said about only eating a girl out is uncommon. That's just the way it is. A blowjob (only blowjob) has become a very easy and compact tool to use and thus is very common. It even became "just a blowjob" to many people that gets used in many love-unrelated occasions like: a birthday gift, a first date thank you, a way to get a promotion, a drunk party pass time,... Psychology. It's something that's somewhere in our subconscious. A lot of women still feel this sexual urge, yet for the most part we suppress it. Some women have it more under control than others. It's natural selection: we want the seed of the strongest, most superior, leader type man.
Most people won't agree with me cuz we have different set of morals. But to me, cheating is if you wouldn't do that act in question in front of your mom or grandma (assuming y'all ain't into incest), then it's cheating.
That means:
-No trying to ask someone else out or get numbers
-No sexting
-No exchange of nudes
-No touching inappropriately
-No lapsitting/dances
-No sexual dancing like bump n grind
-No kissing
-No oral
-No anal
-No coital
Lots of people, especially guys, would not agree with my definitions of cheating. But that's how I see it. They aren't all the same severity, but they are still cheating. I'd consider giving oral worse than coitus. Oral sex is more intimate, it's more for their pleasure. Just coitus is not really caring so much about the other person.
