I not only can not control myself in most sexual situations... but I don't want to.
I mean there are so many reasons in society to say no, but, at the same time, there are also many reasons to say yes.
Why are there so many people that judge you with name calling or shaming?
Isn't it really an individual decision that everyone should be allowed to make judgement free?
Should the answer be the same for everyone, or is is different for everyone depending on social, economic, religious criteria or other factors?
And if celibacy is the only answer how can sexual desires be eliminated? ... aren't they a major element of human nature?

It's not wrong to have sexual desires when ur single and it's okay to masturbate or seek as many different partners to have sex with as a person wants. I don't do the whole slut shaming thing, a girl (and guy) can have as many or as few sexual partners as they want and I wouldn't see them any differently (it could be 0, 1, 10, 20, 50 or 10000 I still wouldn't care). Celibacy is always an option but sexual desires r a part of human nature and thus cannot be eliminated (unless someone uses some extreme medication). The only people who don't have to suffer through this r asexuals.
If ur single why not. But if ur a relation and still not Satisfied and have more sexual desire ur SO might feel like a failure and rejection. However as a Christian,(and straight up agreeing with God), it should only be in marriage. How difficult it is to wait until then varies with each person, but it is always possible.
Having sexual desires is in itself not wrong for a Christian, but letting them control you and having sex when not married are alike wrong for Christians.
