Is interracial sex a fetish?

Exactly what the question is. Is it a secret desire even tho maybe prohibited in some cultures to the average human...

IMPORTANT:
Race in itself does no forbid sex. It's just the skin color and society the person was born in.

That which forbids interracial sex (particularly marriage) is beliefs, mostly about religion. And I hate such beliefs.

As the world becomes more connected, race is almost transparent now.

For example, even here in G@G there are at least 10 races regularly engage in Sex topics. But I don't see any difference in human behaviour until we talk about each other race and country. Then social stigma comes in.

This is bad.

And if we can have the opportunity, I think irs time to do away with such thoughts.

To me, its perfectly OK to date and have sex with person of any races. Religious ones may have other restrains. Other than that, sex should be just as good.

@CallyKat89 very scientific indeed. From studies of genes to genetic tree. Of course all races must have these physical differences for otherwise we won't look different. But when sex is concerned, it's more of an emotional experience derived from a physical act than a molecular chemical reaction. (Talking about chemical, it's higher chemistry than protons and neutrons). Hence I think the two cannot be discuss together. And I think the article is right not to talk about emotions and sex. My conclusion is, yes, at the genetic level, we are different be it at the race level or sub- race. But when comes to behavioral related to sex and sexuality (not religious nor cultural), we are very similar. Hence I maintain my Opinion that race should not be a factor as to whether we should have sex or not. (But religion and culture related to race is.)

I'm a mixed race baby and I grew up in a very diverse environment. Inter racial sex is very common in my city so I'd like to believe that this isn't a fetish.

It can be a fetish but not always. I grew up in a predominantly black area and I was one of only a few white girls in my class, so my sexual experiences were mostly with black guys just because of the demographics of the area. I did notice that some of the boys really got off on being with a white girl and would comment on it during sex, so yeah, it’s definitely a fetish for some.
