Because I've been getting less fears I'm starting to touch my face more.
But its it possible to touch something in environment and get blood or cum on you finger without knowing it,
Then touching you eye to get some eye crap out of there.
Is is possible to get hiv that way?

It's highly unlikely that you would get blood or cum on your finger and not know about it. Transmission of HIV through a mucous membrane like the ocular membrane would be highly unlikely but theoretically possible.
Also HIV can't live for very long on surfaces outside of the human body.
