Under the circumstances you describe, if you allow him into your bed and then don't have sex, he's going to think you are intentionally messing with his head. It's unfair to him, and may put you in danger.

You've never met the guy so you don't really know how much you can trust him. I guarantee he's hoping to have sex with you, and if you invite him into your bed he's going to expect it. If you then deny him, as I said, he's going to think you're fucking with his head, which you are. That's not a safe situation for a woman and naïve as you obviously are.
