Is it alright to have anal sex without a condom, and to ejaculate inside?

Superb Opinion

  • No, it is absolutely not a good idea to perform anal on someone without a condom and cumming inside that person is also not a good idea. The person on the receiving end, 'bottom', has a very high risk of physical damage when the other person inserts his penis. The bottom may experience tears in their rectum, causing bleeding and possibly leading to infection. In severe cases, the anus may become so damaged from repeated hard impact, that it must be surgically repaired.

Beyond that, the person on the receiving end is also at a higher risk for obtaining and become sick from STDs, including the transmission of HIV. It is much easier for the receptive individual to become infected, as the person performing insertion is literally pushing their penis, and anything inside of them (disease, infection, etc. and depositing it inside the receptive individual's rectum. Leaving the receptive individual filled with your cum, while maybe thought of as intimate, can actually be deadly. Please exercise caution when performing anal sex: use plenty of lube, condoms, and ensure the receptive person is relaxed, willing, and hopefully excited to receive you inside of them.

Remember: anal sex is not the intended primary pathway for the penis to enter another person's body. However, especially because there are communities (gay males, for example) who may not often or ever experience vaginal sex, the anus can serve as a backup point of entry, and for men, it is destination that can and will cause the person receiving the penis to feel good as their partner inserts himself inside of them. When someone's penis, or fingers, or dildo, etc. pass into the anus, it touches against men's prostates, giving them a heightened sense of feeling good.

For example, while I've never had anal sex, my wife asked if I'd ever had someone place a finger or two there. I hadn't, so one evening, as she's giving me a blowjob, she slides a finger into my anus, and stroked my prostate from the inside. It caught me off guard, and yea it felt good, actually it felt amazing, plus she's great at sucking dick, and it was such a nice surprise, that I immediately started cumming, She was so excited because Iiterally had one of the biggest orgasms I'd ever felt, and I came so much, she had in her mouth, down her chin, in her hair, everywhere. She did that a couple times, and each time, I had an amazing orgasm. But, she also wore a glove, used plenty of lube, and had been giving me head just beforehand, so I was pretty relaxed already.

Some guys I know take things to help them relax, but don't ever shove something, including a hard cock, into someone's ass without prepping that person first.

    • There is no intended pathway for a penis to do anything. People weren't intentionally designed. They evolved.

  • Yes it's fine, but only in a monogamous relationship where both partners are known to be healthy. There is a higher risk of disease transmission during anal than vaginal because the tissues in the anus and rectum are more delicate and prone to microtears that allow pathogens to pass into the bloodstream.

But in a monogamous relationship where both partners are healthy, especially the one with the dick, it's totally fine. I've been cumming in my wife's ass 2 - 4 times a month since shortly after we started dating. I only used a condom maybe the first 10 times and haven't used one since. We've been together for 9+ years so you can do the math. Neither of us has ever had any issues and her ass is as pristine and healthy as when we met.

One caveat I would add is that it's possible for the giver to get a UTI from anal. I always pee right after anal sex to flush out anything that might have gotten into my urethra and I've never gotten an infection.

  • Well I would never have anal with a guy I was not in a committed relationship with. But even if I did, he would definitely have to wear a condom because I don't want to catch any diseases.

I have been with my boyfriend for 4 years and we both know we don't have any diseases so I'm not worried about that. We do anal a lot and he never wears a condom and he usually finishes inside me. I don't like the aftermath, but it always feels good at the time and there's nothing unsafe about it.

    • Is the aftermath you pooping out the cum?

    • @Studman766 Yeah, and the noises are embarrassing.

  • Depends. I've tried anal in my teens bt I was aware how to prepare for it right. I crapped over the bed

  • Yes, just make sure the person cleans themself out after you're done because they can get an infection. With girls, the cum can seep out of them and drip into their pussy and get them pregnant.

There are all these myths about having unprotected anal sex, but besides infections and pregnancy, there's usually no other problems. I have an anatomy book talks about anal orgasms and brain signals, and I think anal sex is quite neat.

  • It’s unnatural and medically proven to have many potential health risks for both. There’s a reason women have a vagina

    • Nice banner yo, you’re against the poison “vaccine” too eh?

    • @Shamalien Yes, I for sure am. Thank you

    • My man

  • We don't have anal very often, but when we do he does not wear a condum and goes through to conclusion.

  • This is why education is so important, people.

  • You might get some shit on your dick but it is ok and she will not get pregnant.

  • I've heard that it's incredibly pleasurable to climax inside someone's rectum.

  • Not only is it all right, it is a source of intense pleasure.

    • How many times have you enjoyed anal sex? Thanks

    • I don't have a number; I don't count. But we have anal a few times a month at least and have for many years.

    • Very nice! I can't even imagine how good it must feel when you're climaxing inside her asshole...

  • Although very unlikely, there is still a pregnancy risk, however small. Is it worth the risk?

    • I mean... if you say there's a pregnancy risk that you beat off and some dribbles on your hand and then you feel her up is "a pregnancy risk"... The two holes don't connect inside bro.

  • Always use a condom no matter what. It prevents STDs you never know who has them and if there lying

  • No that's how stds are transferred. There is a reason you use condoms.

    • Someone who is not infected can't transmit a disease they don't have.

    • And how do you know you don't have it, if you haven't protected yourself. That is how you get it and how you transmit it the next time.

    • Isn't it great that we now have blood tests that can detect STD infections?

  • I'm not a fan of the Hershey Highway, but I see no reason not to.

  • There's no risk of pregnancy but there is always the risk of disease, especially in an ecoli environment. A condom for anal sex is preferred.

Better yet, wear and condom and pleasure her vagina.

  • I guess no one will get prego but u can still get an std

  • It sounds disgusting. No way I am putting my dick in an ass.

  • Absolutely

  • Sounds fking disgusting. I like my dick smelling like pussy, not poo

  • That's the whole point.

  • If there is no STI concern, they certainly won't be getting pregnant lol.

  • Yup.
