No, it is absolutely not a good idea to perform anal on someone without a condom and cumming inside that person is also not a good idea. The person on the receiving end, 'bottom', has a very high risk of physical damage when the other person inserts his penis. The bottom may experience tears in their rectum, causing bleeding and possibly leading to infection. In severe cases, the anus may become so damaged from repeated hard impact, that it must be surgically repaired.

Yes it's fine, but only in a monogamous relationship where both partners are known to be healthy. There is a higher risk of disease transmission during anal than vaginal because the tissues in the anus and rectum are more delicate and prone to microtears that allow pathogens to pass into the bloodstream.

But in a monogamous relationship where both partners are healthy, especially the one with the dick, it's totally fine. Well I would never have anal with a guy I was not in a committed relationship with. But even if I did, he would definitely have to wear a condom because I don't want to catch any diseases.
