It's not wrong to undress completely for a therapeutic massage by a Licensed Massage Therapist. It's actually easier for them to do their work without any clothing on your body. LMTs are trained to know that activation of the parasympathetic nervous system during a massage can trigger an involuntary erection. Your genitals will be covered by a drape cloth. As long as you don't do or say anything inappropriate the LMT will ignore your erection because they know it's a normal reaction to the massage.

It's pretty common and they are used to it, but yeah if it's a professional massage place they'll probably expect you to leave your underwear on or they often give you big baggy shorts to wear. Ok course if your going to a Thai massage parlor that is not quite so reputable them they are going to expect you to strip naked.
