Your sexuality isn't bad if it's who you are. The bigger issue is no matter your experience with men it is anecdotal. Meaning you not trusting all men because of your personal experiences is irrational especially at 25. That said I'm sorry you feel the way you do and having trust issues for valid reasons isn't fun.

My point is I don't think you can turn bi sexual like it's a switch that you get to put up or down. You either are bisexual or aren't. You can choose to be with whoever you want but if you're doing that solely because of trust issues in men that might not be very genuine to yourself and to others that you start relationships with.

Also, people are sometimes not trustworthy, meaning men and women. So what happens if you start dating a woman that breaks your trust? This isn't exclusive to men. My opinion is get to know the person you're with better before being in a relationship. If it's a man or a woman you end up with, and this is you being your genuine self, then good for you. Be happy and good luck.

Realize, I didn't get started til later than you and got married at 55! Sometimes it takes a looooooooooooooooooong time to make progress in your life. It's a process.

Relationships are about discovering yourself and your needs, and getting and giving as part of life. It's sometimes a lot of work because of the stuff that gets messed up in early life. It takes work. If you don't want work... on yourself, learning about others, growing, communicating, etc.. If you don't want some work, then stay out of relationship with humans.

I don’t think trying to flick a switch and try batting for the other team is necessarily going to increase your chances in finding a good relationship. Given what you have said I’d consider that some counseling to get past what you have been through would be a good start followed by a change in tactics , perhaps by focusing on companionship and friendship putting yourself first before another.
