I’m getting this from a TikTok I watched about a women who constantly got rejected by her boyfriend but he’d instantly masterbate and did that daily. I’ve never had that but in an argument in a long term relationship a guy told me at points he preferred masterbating to sex. He never really went a week without masterbating. The comments were tonnes of girls agreeing to this situation. I’ve never had rejection for it but I’ve been told it’s better than sex at points and the guy always had to go home three days a week and I’d ask jokingly if he did which he would every time.

Yes, hassles, like the need of a partner, protections, which to a guy who has no earning power is hard to come by.

But for older guys, who knows how to make some money and able to get girls for sex, he sure prefers it over masturbation.

Also, many who have a relationship and have sex regularly may even attempt to stop porn and or masturbation altogether.

This is because they know how harmful those acts are to his relationship and hence choose to endure than masturbate.

To conclude, I think its a younger guy thing. Once we grow past our poorer and needy state, we'll choose sex over masturbation.

Money is always a thing in a relationship (not implying the girl is a gold digger). Bare minimum, if he cannot even afford condoms or too lazy to buy it (happens), he'll likely not get girls. Also, if he doesn't pay for meals, somehow today, girls still will view him as stingy. And his chances to lay her goes down. Obvious contrast the above with say a guy why now has cards and cash and a car. Won't you like to date him? At least for 5 dates to know more about him? PS: of course many girls married poorer guys. That's love and yes, those guys I think will choose sex over masturbation.
