Morning wood in an erection but frequently non-sexual. If it's fully hard, it may take a while to "let down" and get it through and the stream will be weak. But the act of peeing with morning wood rapidly softens the erection and pee comes out easier.
Generally being just erect doesn’t prevent peeing, there’s a level of arousal beyond that where it becomes (for me) impossible and that impossibility lasts post orgasm for a few minutes.
Morning wood doesn’t normally shut off pee for me.
That said it’s more awkward but not impossible.
In any case morning wood for me can last a while lying in bed but if I get up and move around goes away pretty fast.

It's hard to pee with wood anytime, but usually you have to pee in the morning most so that's when you notice it the most. Unless you really have to pee bad, it doesn't cause much or any distress or pain. And nothing kills a woody like having to take a massive pee, so even if you do have to pee real bad you can usually do it in a short time.

If I have morning wood preventing me from comfortably aiming down, I just back away from the toilet so gravity can take care of it.

The younger you are the harder it is. As the man age the angle of the hard on changes. When a man is a teenager the penis is straight up and by the time they are in their 70s it is pointing almost straight down. Also as the man ages the penis also looses firmness.

It's a little more difficult than normal, but not too distressing. I can usually pee if I lean forward so that it can point down, haha. What's truly annoying is having to suddenly having to pee before sex but after foreplay when you're really turned on and about to have sex but then you have to be like "sorry I have to go pee first", in those cases it's usually much more difficult.
No its worth a minor caution only because I sit on the toilet. I have to hold my morning wood so it doesn't touch the inside of the toilet bowl. Morning wood pees feel good.
