Is it fair to ask for sex as rent?

The pandemic has led to many out of work females who primarily do the service sector jobs like waitresses haircutters baristas etc etc but they need a place to live now and I have a penis so...

  • Ok it's not fair to ask because well... that's the way our society works... but it happens a lot, especially when you're young. After college, my social circle greatly diverged financially. I graduated college at the peak of the dotcom boom and many of us in engineering went into that industry. Those of us who were particularly good at it ended up making a lot of money relative to what we were able to spend at that point in time in our lives. And yeah, there were multiple times when our more struggling female friends would ask for financial help. As you've probably guessed, I have some of these experiences myself. Like Rachel telling me her story about how she desperately needed help on her rent and cell phone bill and when I seemed sympathetic, she totally pounced. The next few nights, I'd get texts and pics suggesting that maybe I should come over. And yeah, it eventually happened -- followed by a "You're going to help me with rent, right?".

And it's funny because just a few years ago when the #MeToo movement was in full effect, Rachel and I were at dinner and she was saying how she couldn't believe that all these men would do this to women and the conversation that followed went like this:

Me: So, what do you think of me as a person?
Rachel: I think you're an amazing guy! You're one of the greatest guys I've ever known!
Me: Well, couldn't you say that there are things between us that if taken out of context could be used to paint me as an completely unemployable asshole?
    Rachel: (pauses) Yes

And that's the thing about this... Everything looks bad when you look at the private conversations of ANY two people. And while a lot of people call this sexist and what not, the truth is that it happens because this is an option that's available to women. If you're a man and you're financially struggling? Yeah well, you can save a lot of money on groceries by going to the food bank and the discount grocery sells macaroni and cheese for 39 cents a box -- which is calorically all you need for the day.

  • As long as they consent and its not rape and they get their end of the deal, I did the same with my old landlord she was a 40+ year old women who wanted to play with my dick a few times when I was short on rent.

Did I enjoy it? no, Did it feel good? not really. Do I wish I had the money to avoid that situation? Yes. Was it better than being homeless? Yes and I would do it again to avoid homelessness any day.

  • It's exploiting a woman in a vulnerable position. It's telling how many men see a woman in distress and their instinct is 'how can I use this to stick my dick in her'.

Notice how you are asking out of work vulnerable women. I doubt you would offer this to only women who have the option to pay you or not.

This is why I side eye guys when they whine about being taken advantage of.

    • @bambolinababy. How many women use sex to exploit men for resources when is suits them?

  • I offered that to my roommates after I lost my job at the beginning of the year. I live with five guys and do all the cooking, cleaning, shopping and other stuff. They call me their shared housewife. It’s weird because this is the most stable relationship I’ve ever had.

    • That could be a sitcom

    • Did they accept

    • @snowstormcroissant yes. It’s not pornographic as it sounds. I was already friends with benefits with two of them and one was my ex. The other two broke up with their long distance girlfriends during quarantine. At first there was some awkward moments and then a lot of crazy dirty sex. Now I only have sex with any guy a three to five times a week. So it’s like we’re actually married. I have a really high sex drive, it’s one of the reasons my ex and I broke up, so this works for everyone. We have some rules, because even though I like rough and humiliating sex, I don’t like being called a whore right now. Maybe it’s too close to home.

  • You must be really lonely if you're hoping to finally get some from some unfortunate girl due to the pandemic.

  • Not so sure about "fair" but I am pretty sure it's not "legal" ... lol

    • It should be legal, though. If both parties consent to it.

    • @VulvaWhiskey I agree with you but I think it would violate prostitution laws is all

    • That's why I think the laws should be changed lol

  • No, that's just straight up wrong.

    • It's what a lot of girls do; they just don't have a written contract. I didn't downvote you though, that was some other male feminist SJW.

    • Each to their own. It just goes against my personal moral code. It's all cool. I don't get butt hurt cause people disagree with me.

  • 😂😂 the update made me laugh 😂 sure it's fair

  • As long as you make it clear right from the start before they sign the contract its ok.

    • Yes yes everything will be in writing

    • @purplepoppy Would you? if you agreed to pay an amount, for your rent, but couldn't come up with money, would you offer sex in exchange? How many FCKS for a month's rent?

    • Depends on how nice the house is

  • It is fair to ask many things. But it is not fair to demand. And if she says no, you better rent to her for cash or she can take legal action for you denying her renting the place normally.

  • I'd say it'll be wrong to ask for it but if offered then it's up to you if you accept though probably still legal issues.

I'd personally make it clear I'd only accept if they want to have sex but not if they feel they have to!

  • That's coercive. If it's offered you may accept.

    • @slatyb Than she had better get the fuckin rent money! Giving up pussy is easy, don't you wish you had the option to fuck to pay your bills?

    • @KrakenAttackin In most developed countries soliciting sex for rent money would be a crime.

    • So is anal intercourse in some states. Either pay in cash or ass. Don't you wish you had the ability to pay your bills with your cock?

  • Let them be the first to bring it up.

  • If they agree at the start , not just because they have no money...

  • Big time wrong.

  • If you are the sole owner of a property and someone offers sex for rent you can accep, but it should only be the tenant offering ir.

  • I think it's fair to ask for sex in exchange for any good or services. It's amazing how women think their pussy is so magical and valuable... until they need something.

  • The courts would probably consider it solicitation or some bullshit.

Unless she offers in which case it's fine.

  • Are you having issues getting sex otherwise?

  • Lmao

  • You only pay rent once a month so how often would we be fucking?

    • 🤭everyday aunt flo ain't in town

    • Fuck we are we living rent is expensive huh

    • I nut spurt pays about $100 in rent credit

  • It should be legal, though. If both parties consent to it.

  • Yes its absolutely fair!

  • The guys here are very polite and “proper” and I’m here for that.
