If you mean like the parents have a sleeping baby or maybe a awake baby in the room, I don't see that as a problem. Better than moving the baby to another room where they can't keep an eye on it.

Although I wouldn't recommend it for older children.

I don't know of any law that makes it illegal to have sex if there are minors in the room. It's probably fairly common for young kids to walk into the room while their parents are having sex... nothing wrong with that.

I suppose a case could be made for child endangerment if a minor were forced to watch a couple perform in a porn movie, but that would be unusual.

Regarding update, it depends on how old the minor is and if it is awake or sleeping. We've had sex with my daughter in the room up until she was 3 years old but she was sleeping. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
