Is it hard to shave a penis or a pussy?

I think shaving a pussy should be harder. If it is outie type it is even more difficult. Innie ones are easier to shave. Shaving a pussy is a very difficult job.   • Beg to differ. Base of penis has hair and yes scrotum. Pussy is very much easier. You don't shave inside of lips. Its easier to wax both types of genitalia.
