Yes they are the same it's just one coming from the female body which is little thicker. And some some like to eat it from the girl and also for an instance, sperm is used in many energy drinks for strength.

X sexual chromosome sperm and y are essentially the same physically. So, I'm assuming they're the same nutritionally. They won't make anyone more male or female if that's what you're asking.

How would you separate them? Millions of microscopic swimmers can be hard to sort.
