Couple of things, are you using your dildo when fully wet?
if not look at using lube.

@tilmyheadblows your vagina stretches and goes back to shape etc, you could have sex with 1 guy or a 1000, it’s same shape, size, tampons don’t come in different sizes for vaginas.

You could look at a smaller dildo, diameter and length.

Always check with your fingers first as before using dildo and don’t be concerned if you do need lube.

if pain is there with fingers, then get a booking with doctor / gynaecologist for a health check up.

Totally normal, you're probably more tense/nervous than you think. Disregard what the dudebros said here, its not to do with amount of sex you're having; it probably is just the nerves. Ease yourself into it, make sure you're wet enough that you're comfortable to insert something. The vagina is a muscle and does NOT stretch based on the amount of sex you have so just "having more sex" isn't a solution lol.

No offense to the dudes here, but if you're asking a question more personal to women's bodies, I'd disregard mens opinions a little more unless they also have vaginas.

In my experience, one comes from the other. When you are stressed, you tense up and it hurts more. With one girl, the method was to make her cum first by oral and then she widened up really well.

@tee_64 the nervousness is probably 100% the reason. Make sure there's enough foreplay between your partner and you that you're comfortable enough to go in painlessly. Communication is key!!
