Is it normal for teen boys to look at older girls/women?

I feel weird sometimes when teenagers or young boys check me out or look at me but I try to understand and see they’re going through hormones and puberty..

Puberty what are you talking about puberty this is one of the most funnest times in life you're walking towards a girl let's just play pretend I'm walking towards you you're walking towards me and I find you very attractive I'm going to look so deep into your eyes and I'm going to have the biggest smile on my face and you're going to watch my eyes go up and down your body and I'm going to shake my head and go wow just because I want you to smile I want you to feel good that somebody's giving you that attention has nothing to do with hormones or puberty it has something to do with your beautiful girl and I'm going to make you smile and tell you you're beautiful without saying one word and it's going to make you think about a lot of things I probably still do it to this day LOL

They are fascinated and trying to visualize a grown woman's body.
When I hit puberty, I looked at grown women (in their 20s) in magazines like Playboy. All those round curves and that unimaginable softness filled me with curiosity and desire.
I think that's normal for young men. They just don't have the sophistication not to gaze like deer in the headlights.
