Is it normal to have a bit purplish spot on the dick?

Had my dad look at it, which was very awkward. He said it looks normal, though he just took a quick look. Maybe a couple seconds. But yeah looking at it close up it like a couple very small bumps that looks hyperpigmented. From a bit of distance it looks like a small hyperpigmented line.

Yes it can be completely normal for all types of different colour patches, bumps etc.
If you are worried about it it's something you should speak to your doctor about. I appreciate it can be embarrassing but there's nothing they haven't seen before, and it doesn't phase them, it's just another penis.
