Is it normal we have more quickies than lengthily sex with foreplay?

He says he likes spontaneous the most so we’ve been having loads of sex randomly in the kitchen before he goes to work etc. but it’s never any length of time under 5 mins with no foreplay. We’ve started randomly giving each other head spontaneously too. But mainly it’s quickies

I don’t think this sounds abnormal. He wants to have sex with you often and that’s good. He sees you in the kitchen, and he wants to grab you and get sexy with you. That’s good. He’s also making time to have more laid-back and intimate sex with you. That’s good. A lot of couples only have sex once or twice a week, if that. Now, I completely understand that you want more. I encourage you to initiate the long comfortable sex more often. Try to make the time for it create the opportunities and ask him for it. Seduce him. Balancing time and opportunity with focusing on that physical relationship isn’t always easy. I think you’ll make the effort with you though. Who doesn’t like having sex with their girl?

I didn't choose one of your options, here's what I can tell you, if you're not happy with what you're getting then you need to speak up. The problem with a quickie is he's always going to finish and you're just starting to get warmed up when he's done and ready to go to work. That's not fair to you. So you need to tell him that you need more than just a quickie. a lot More time in the morning to have a sensual session where you get the foreplay that you need so that you're wet and horny and ready to orgasm
